On Friday, July 12, Dr. Kami Parsa, an oculoplastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, California, uploaded a video of an MRI of a patient to his TikTok profile. The patient’s altered visage as a result of injectables was seen in the footage.
The patient, a 33-year-old woman, had nearly 12 CC, or 12 milliliters, of hyaluronic acid filler injected over the course of the preceding six years.In the video, which has received over 7.2 million views, the MRI was shown as a grey face with green dots that lit up in various areas, such the lips and cheeks, to represent the residual hyaluronic acid filler.
What procedures has the patient in issue undergone? It was not clarified by Dr. Parsa. He did, however, add that the material came to a total of 28 CC following the completion of a volumetric examination to ascertain the woman’s overall filler amount.
